Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Technical Inspection & Refund
